Experiment 08 Through two pinhole

Experiment 07 - 03 Angle & Distance [Mixture Calibrator]
Experiment 07 - 01 Angle & Distance [Calibrator for Perimeter]
After doing experiment 05, I notice to need calibrator in order to check how much factor is distorted.
Circular Calibrator : It can help how it is distort.
view 0 [0'] : It is same angle with camera, pinhole and viewer.
view 1 [20'] : It is right side at around 20' from camera and pinhole
Square Calibrator : It can help to notice distance.

Experiment 06 - 02 Merging [Through two projectors]
Through two projector[Digital source], I got similiar image with camera obscura[Analogue source].
What is different between Digital source and Analogue source?
Experiment 06 - 01 Merging [Through two pinhole]
First pinhole is fixed. Another pinhole is reflected by mirror to wall.
The image from the real window is smaller than the image through pinhole. additonally, if I use mirror, I could expand the limitation of image.
I need to try same thing on sunny day and find another proper venue.

Experiment 05 - 02 Distance
Revealing something.
The front medium looks like light from lighthouse.
It looks rolling with image. However, actually, the medium doesn't roll. Just moving.
This theatre has three layer. It is not hamornized.
Experiment 04 - 01 Speed [illusion from speed In False Theatre]
Having Tactics
Relationship Inside and outside image.
In order to know relationship between interior and exterior,
What is proper calibrator in my works?
1. Speed
2. Distance
3. Angle
4. Merge

Anish Kapoor
His works could be really helpful. How I can think about my topic and what kind calibrator I need.

Mummy of Artemidorus in painted stucco case
This mummy case is distinguished from traditional Egyptian one.
When I saw this the first time, I thought that it could be one of Roman ruler. I was completely wrong.
A portrait panel has been inserted at the head of the case. Obviously, the owner of this coffin might be a Greek people. However, he looks like a Roman people. Moreover, the portrait panel is inserted at the Egyptian style case. I think these are really strange points owing to the fact that absolutely he might be a person in power. If he were not, he could not use this coffin. In the period, Egypt was under Romans rule. I cannot find the trace of owner's nationality without name of owner.
Why was this made like this style?
A mixture of cultural influences
'This mummy represents an excellent example of the merging of cultural influences: a Greek personal name, a Roman-style portrait, together with traditional Egyptian funerary practices.'

Experiment 03 - 04 [trying to distort image] camera obscura
I try to know the interaction between exterior and interior. I try to distort the image from exterior.

Experiment 03 - 03 [Mutating exterior and interior image through the time] Camera Obscura
The image of extrior mutates interior image. The color of exterior is absorbed by wall, pillows and all the other stuff.
Experiment 03 - 02 [Sunrise _ Camera Obscura]
Sunrise between pillows
This is a artificial place made by me. Even though I expected some specific scene, these scenes were not controlled by me. The only way to get the proper image is waiting.
That is to say, it is instant images by contingency. I didn’t know what kind of images I could get.

The interaction between inside space and outside space.
Generally, this exterior image could be got when I stand in the room toward a window. Thanks to the pinhole, the image of exterior is projected to interior space.
Exterior coexists with interior. Moreover, it makes new image. Interior experiences exterior and change.
1. The Coexistence of exterior and interior.
2. The interaction between exterior and interior.

Experiment Plan [Camera Obscura & Pinhole Camera]
I plan to carry out an experiment on Camera Obscura.
Firstly, I'll make two Pinhole Cameras. One could be a analog camera for the double exposure. Another will be a digital pinhole camera.
Secondly, I am going to make a dark room as camera obscura because my previous same experiment was fail on last week.
